*ahem* Anyways...
Pros: Pose is dynamic and feels like you really are about to shoot. You took a real advantage of contrasting the lights and darks. The face is excellent, and you can see your determination. The hand in front is well done, and fingers well toned. Cross-hatching on the (brestplate?) is excellent.
Cons: The hand in the background doesn't connect well with the wrist. I don't know how small your wrists are, but your wrists seem a bit far too small. The pinky finger is also a bit hard to see.
